International Payroll Manager Responsibilities

Our client a major PLC based in Dublin South is seeking a Senior Payroll professional with a difference.

Role And Responsibilities

In this Role you will:

• Work in partnership with our outsourced payroll provider
• Monitor the HRIS to ensure that integration runs smoothly
• Be responsible for the oversight, management and delivery of the company’s monthly payroll function through our third party payroll provider
• Deal with employee payroll queries
• Ensure that all scheduled reports are accurately executed
• Ensure the timely input of payroll-related tasks including quarterly BIK reviews
• Communicate with the relevant stakeholders as appropriate
• Monitor the integrity of payroll data
• Respond to internal and external audit requests as appropriate
• Maintain the payroll procedures and documentation and update both accordingly

Candidate profile

Successful applicants should have:

• UK, Irish and International payroll experience
• A background working in a multinational environment
• Experience working as a part of a payroll and HR team
• Worked with Senior stakeholders on their pensions and share options
• IPASS qualification
• Pension expertise
• Experience in updating and maintaining a time and attendance system
• A high level of attention to detail
• An ability to work to strict deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
