The Payroll Panel 3 year Apprenticeship Programme gives you the opportunity to earn as you learn by combining on-the-job training a with a 3 year BA (Hons) Degree in Recruitment Practice (QQI Level8) and an IPASS accredited Certified Payroll Technician Course.

It is genuine opportunity for the right candidates to gain first-hand experience of working in recruitment while developing their recruitment skills and gaining an academic understanding of the industry.

As part of the programme the Payroll Panel will cover all registration, course and exam fees. The successful candidate will also receive 4 weeks (20 days) holidays per year and 2 study days plus bank holiday entitlement.

The Apprenticeship Programme comes with an initial salary of €23,400 gross per annum with annual incremental wage increases, rising to €30,244 by year three.

We are inviting highly-motivated and hardworking individuals looking to kick-start their career in recruitment to apply for the Payroll Panel Apprenticeship Programme today. The position requires no previous qualifications and is open to school leavers.

We need people who:

  • Love working with people, and enjoy helping people achieve their personal goals
  • Have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Are able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
  • Have a genuine desire to learn
  • Have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet strict deadlines
  • Are highly motivated and well organised
  • Have a professional work ethic and good relationship management skills

Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
  • Leaving Certificate students must have a grade H5 and above in two higher level subjects together with a minimum of O6/H7 in four other subjects. A minimum of grade O6/H7 must be obtained in English. A grade O6/H7 must be obtained in Mathematics.
  • The programme is also open to students with a QQI level 5 or Level 6 or equivalent.
  • Learners for whom English is not a first language must demonstrate proficiency in English with CEF B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or recognised equivalent.
